Sales reports for your shop
The day a bank, a supplier or a programme asks to see your books, the report is already made. Sellka turns the sales you recorded into a file you can send, print or keep.
A day, a week, a month, or a whole year
- The daily report: everything recorded today, in one file.
- The weekly and monthly reports: what you sold, what the goods cost you and what you kept, for that period.
- The Business Record: twelve months of trading in one file, for a bank, a supplier or a programme. It shows how much of the year you kept records for.
PDF, Word or Excel
Each report comes as a PDF to send, an Excel file to work with, or a Word file to edit. Share it on WhatsApp or by email straight from the phone. Making a report needs no internet.
Figures a reader can trust
Every report says where its figures come from. Sales count what you charged after discounts and returns, and the cost of goods is what you paid for the goods you sold, so what you kept is not overstated. Money you took for yourself and money you borrowed are shown apart, with the reason. How Sellka works out what you kept.
Which reports need a plan
The daily report comes with Sellka. The weekly report comes with the Starter plan. The monthly report and the twelve-month Business Record come with the Monthly plan, the Annual plan, or the one-time purchase. Plans are bought inside the app through Google Play, which shows the price in your own money before you pay.
