Questions
Sellka is a record book for a small shop, on an Android phone. You write down each sale, and it keeps your sales, your stock, and the money owed to you and by you, then shows what you sold, what you kept, who owes you and what is running low. It is published on Google Play by The NextTechTitan Team.
The owner of one small shop with one counter, sometimes with one helper: a provision store, a mini mart, a duka, a kiosk, a spaza shop, a general store, a kirana store, a sari-sari store or a tuck shop.
Sellka is built for exactly that. Tap Record a sale, choose the products or scan their barcodes, and take the money. Each sale is saved as it happens, and the home screen shows what the shop took today. It works with no internet and needs no account.
Sellka records sales, stock, credit and money in and out with no internet at all, and makes reports with none. Naming a product from a photo, keeping a copy in your Google account, describing a report in your own words and buying a plan are the things that need a connection.
Record the sale on credit in Sellka with the customer's name and phone number. Money then lists everyone who owes you, how much and for how long, and you record each payment there.
Sellka warns you when a product falls to the low stock level you set, and its Ask screen answers "What is running out?" from your own records, with no internet.
No. There is no account to make and no sign-in. Your records stay on your phone. A Google sign-in is used only if you choose to keep a copy online or to describe a report in your own words.

Yes. Take one photo of each product on the shelf and Sellka reads the name off the packet. This needs a connection. Where it is not sure of a name, it leaves it for you rather than guessing.
Yes. Rent, transport, airtime, wages and other running costs are recorded under Money in and out, along with money you took for yourself, other income and loans, each kept apart.
Sellka shows what you sold, what those goods cost you, and what you kept, once each product sold has a cost. The monthly report goes on to running costs and shows the trading result for the month.
You can share the record of any sale as a message, from Your sales, on WhatsApp or any app on your phone. Sellka does not send invoices, reminders or messages to customers by itself.

On your phone. Nothing is sent anywhere on its own. You can save a copy as a file, and you can keep a copy in your own Google account, which is off until you turn it on. Your records.
Your records are on your phone and need no company to open them. If your phone is lost, you bring your records back from a copy you kept, as a file or in your Google account.
Recording sales and stock has no limit. A plan adds the longer reports, a twelve-month business record, asking for a report in your own words and a larger product list. Plans are bought inside the app through Google Play, monthly, yearly, or once, and Google Play shows the price in your own money before anything is charged. Prices differ by country.
Watch an ad to get past it once, or choose a plan. An ad shows only when you choose to watch one.
A test program traded a busy shop through Sellka's own screens for a full year, 39,174 records, and compared every figure with a separate set of books. None was different. How Sellka was tested.
