Delete your Sellka account and data
This page is for Sellka: Offline Shop Record, the Android app by The NextTechTitan Team on Google Play.
Most people who use Sellka have no account with us at all. Sellka keeps your records on your phone and asks for no sign-in. An account exists only if you signed in with Google to keep a copy of your records online, or to describe a report in your own words.
Delete your online copy, from the app
- Open Sellka, open the menu, and tap Your records.
- Under Google account, tap Remove the copy, then confirm.
- Tap Sign out.
Every record in the online copy is deleted straight away. The records on your phone stay.
Delete your account completely
Signing in with Google also leaves a sign-in record with us: your name, email address and an account number. To delete it, and anything else we hold about you:
- Email sellka@acyera.com from the email address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my Sellka account.
We delete the sign-in record, and the online copy if it is still there, within 30 days, and reply when it is done.
What is deleted, and what is kept
| Deleted | Kept | |
|---|---|---|
| The online copy of your records | Yes | |
| Your name, email address and account number | Yes | |
| Records on your phone | Kept until you remove the app, or use Start again under Your records | |
| Purchases of a plan | Kept by Google Play under Google's own terms, because Google took the payment | |
| Usage counts and crash reports | Never linked to your name or email. Kept by Google for the period those services apply, then deleted |
Nothing else about you is kept. Our privacy policy says in full what Sellka collects and why.
