Know who owes you, and who you owe

Most shops sell on credit, and most shops lose money on it. Not because people refuse to pay, but because nobody wrote it down. Sellka writes it down the moment the goods leave the shelf.

Every customer who owes you, by name

Under Money, Sellka lists everyone who owes your shop, how much, and for how long. A customer who has owed for a long time is marked, so you know who to ask first.

Credit goes on when the goods go out

When a customer takes goods without paying in full, the sale is recorded on credit under their name and phone number. Their next credit sale joins the same balance. Two customers with the same name are kept apart by their numbers, so nobody's debt lands on somebody else.

When they pay, part or all

Record a payment when it comes in, whole or in part, and their balance goes down by that amount. A payment on an old debt is not a new sale, so your takings for the day stay true.

What you owe your suppliers, too

Record a delivery you have not paid for in full, and Sellka keeps one total for each supplier, however many deliveries they bring. When you pay, the oldest bill is cleared first.

With no internet, and no account

Your credit book lives on your phone. It needs no connection to read or to write, and there is no account for anybody to close. Where your records live.
